Squarely is a design community helping Squarespace designers get better, stand out, and feel supported. I co-founded Squarely to bring the best parts of agency life — a team for ideas and inspiration — to solo designers. Through custom website reviews, live trainings, and a Slack community, I help fellow creatives level up their work and business.

With over a decade of Squarespace design experience and running a creative agency myself, I lean into everything I’ve learned — from efficiency and strategy to efficient workflows — to support designers who want to build better-looking, higher-earning sites.

As Director, I led the team and oversaw all sales, marketing, and operations. Our team built about 90 custom Squarespace websites each year. I oversaw client relationships from inquiry to launch, set company goals, and ensured we consistently met them quarter after quarter. 

I focused on refining systems and workflows, improving the client experience, and supporting the team so projects ran smoothly from start to finish. The role allowed me to blend creative leadership with business strategy.

As Lead Designer, I guided the creative direction for our projects and led the design team’s weekly meetings. I made sure every site we launched met our high standards for both design and functionality, and I onboarded and trained new designers to help them find their footing and thrive in their roles.

This role strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my passion for training other creatives — while continuing to refine my own process for building clean, practical Squarespace websites.

I started at Knapsack Creative as a web designer, where I learned the ins and outs of building clean, user-friendly Squarespace websites. During this time, the founder trained me in our signature “website in a day” process — creating full, high-quality sites on a fast-paced timeline.

Those years taught me how to design efficiently, communicate clearly with clients, and bring ideas to life quickly. All skills that still shape how I work today!
